Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover all processed through Paypal. We also accept check/money orders.

*If you send an E-CHECK, your items will NOT BE MADE/or SHIPPED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS CLEARED.



How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Look for the little lock during checkout.

Check/Money Orders:

We check our p.o. box once a week on Sunday. It takes about 7-10 business days from the date that you sent a check/money order for us to receive.

After your check/money order has been received you will get an email that says "order processing". Allow up to 10 business days to process/make your order.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.25, VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 DAYS FOR DELIVERY).

WORLDWIDE shipping is a flat rate of $5.50. If it does not allow you to checkout, let me know so I can add your country.

All orders totaling $75+ receive FREE shipping!

I just placed my order, how long does it take to MAKE/SHIP my custom necklace?

1. *Allow 10 business days for your custom designed necklace to be made. (Excludes weekends, holidays and shipping time.)

2. You will receive an automated email from stamps.com when your order ships. This email also includes a confirmation #, you may use this to "track" your order.

3. U.S. customers allow 2-3 business days for delivery. International customers allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.



CUSTOM JEWELRY:

Keep in mind we make every effort to make your design to your exact specifications.

In rare cases where legibility/strength are an issue, we will make creative compromises.

In other words if your design is not going to work out for whatever reason, we will do our best to make it work.

Jewelry Care

You may clean your jewelry with a SOFT CLOTH (such as an eyeglass cloth). DO NOT use harsh chemicals such as nail polish remover or windex.
